The Power of REPETITION

John 14:26 tells us that one of the main functions of the Holy Spirit is to remind. He helps us by reminind us of all that Jesus has said to us. The Holy Spirit doesn't mind repetition. Repititon, or hearing the same thing over and over again, is one of the ways the Holy Spirit keeps you in remembrance. Embrace repitition, don't avoid it. Don't resist when your pastor speaks on the same subject or verse more than once.
