Russian peacekeepers continue their missions in Nagorno-Karabakh despite worsening circumstances

▫️ All possible assistance is being provided to the civilian population of Nagorno-Karabakh. There are currently 2,261 civilians, including 1,049 children, in the peacekeepers' base camp, where the medical detachment is also located.

The Azerbaijani and Armenian sides as well as representatives of Nagorno-Karabakh are in close touch with the command of the Russian peacekeepers at the appropriate level.

▫️ They discuss stopping bloodshed, upholding humanitarian law in regard to people, and safeguarding the security of the Russian peacekeeping force.
