Ghana's Industrial Revolution: How the #1D1F Initiative is Transforming the Country
In this video I look at how Ghana's ambitious 1D1F project that is supposed to quickly industrialize the economy of Ghana was initiated and organized. In 2017, the “One, District, One Factory” project was launched to produce all kinds of goods, from farm products to appliances to medicines and more. It’s expected that the operation of the factories will create jobs, enable skills training, and drive technology adoption.
