Sly James to host town hall meeting on KCI terminal plans

The mayor will accept questions via Facebook and Twitter as well as from attendees at the Gem Theater from 6p.m. to 7p.m. Wednesday. The city hopes to put a question on November's ballot asking voters whether the city should build a new, single terminal at KCI.
