10 minutes morning positive energy meditation
Deep Breathing: Begin by taking a few deep and cleansing breaths. Inhale deeply through your nose, filling your lungs, and exhale slowly through your mouth. As you breathe, let go of any tension or stress.

Visualization: Visualize your day ahead going smoothly and filled with positivity. Imagine yourself confidently navigating any challenges that may arise, always maintaining your positive energy.
Gratitude: Take a moment to express gratitude for the simple pleasures in life. Think about things you are thankful for, such as loved ones, your health, or the opportunities this new day offers.
Sending Positive Energy: Visualize sending positive energy and intentions to your loved ones, friends, and even people you may have conflicts with. Imagine a wave of positivity and understanding flowing from you to them.
Return to Breath: Bring your focus back to your breath. Take a few deep, conscious breaths to center yourself and anchor your positive energy.
Closing: As the 10 minutes come to an end, sit quietly for a moment, feeling the positive energy you've cultivated within you. Know that you can carry this positivity with you throughout the day.
