Tampa Bay chosen to pilot smart car program to save lives, money and time in traffic

The Tampa Hillsborough Expressway Authority, in conjunction with FDOT and USDOT, is looking for area drivers to volunteer for a Connected Vehicle Pilot program: hi-tech upgrades for your car that issue warnings, detangle traffic problems and collect data to study local driving patterns. Cars have to be 1995 make or newer.
