There is life everywhere in the mountains. With the heavy rains and creative landscaping, I was able to divert heavy runoff. When I widened the stream and dropped the bed almost two feet it not only significantly reduced the flood water overflowing onto my property, we got more toads, bigger minnows and started attracting cranes.
