LIVE: US President Biden and Ukrainian President Zelensky meet for talks in DC Sept 21, 2023

US President Joe Biden and his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky hold a bilateral meeting in Washington DC on Thursday, September 21.

Earlier this week, Zelensky spoke at the 78th United Nations General Assembly at UN HQ and the United Nations Security Council meeting on Ukraine.

The talks with Biden come as the US Congress debates an additional 24 billion US dollars in aid for Ukraine. Zelensky previously travelled to the US in December 2022.
