The saying “Life is a game” might sound familiar to many, and refers generally to a sort of specific attitude toward the life experience. This assertion as such is thus generally considered a metaphor describing the playfulness with which everyday life can be approached. To the Hindu however, the saying “Life is a game” is no metaphor at all. It’s a statement of the highest truth explaining one of the deepest concepts of non-dual philosophy.
