Scandinavian Egg Coffee (Swedish, Norwegian)

Ingredients
2 cups boiling water
1 egg
4 - 5 Tb ground coffee (30 - 45 grams) (Rampage Coffee for best results😉)
¼ cup cold water
1 cup ice water
Directions
Add coffee, egg (with shell), ¼ cup water and whisk
Add mix to boiling water, stir and simmer for 3-5 minutes
Pour 1 cup ice water in the pot,
Allow coffee to sit a few minutes
Pour through a strainer into a mug
