Richard Brady of Matrix Consulting Group presented a long-anticipated staffing study to the Kansas City Police Board. With new numbers showing a dramatic increase in violent crime, FOP President Brad Lemon has strong objections to a recommendation to add only 2 new officers to the patrol division.
