I have put up some of this financial information before showing that the US Federal Reserve & Bank of Canada had their interest rates at .25% back in January 2022 and now in lockstep they have increased their interest rates to 5% as of July 12th.

$500,000 Mortgage in 2021 @3% = $2,208 monthly payment
$500,000 Mortgage in 2023 @7% = $3,327monthly payment.

I remember in 1981 when I was a kid and my father became a realtor where the normal interest rates back then was 10% and the US Federal Reserve & the Bank of Canada raised their interest rates at the same time up to 21% where some people could no longer afford the new monthly payments as their term had expired and the new mortgage monthly payment at the new interest rate had DOUBLED.

This is going to be MUCH WORSE. It is always hard to TIME these things as they can somethings play out longer than we think but we know the Great Reset is also in motion.
