Ingredients:
- 1 cup besan (gram flour)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped cauliflower
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green chili
- 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- Salt, to taste
- Oil, for frying

**Instructions:**
1. In a mixing bowl, combine besan, cauliflower, green chili, coriander leaves, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.
2. Add enough water to create a thick batter.
3. Heat oil in a deep pan for frying.
4. Take small portions of the batter and drop them into the hot oil.
5. Fry the pakoras until they turn golden brown and become crispy.
6. Remove from the oil and drain them on a paper towel.
7. Serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup.
