HIN offer a rapid satirical review of what has lovingly been labelled the ULEZ WARS by the Great British public.

Under the leadership of Micro-Mayor Sadiq Khan Transport For London have imposed business killing £12.50 daily fines on millions of vehicles in the UK. The locals in certain areas have formed a group known as the Blade Runners. The first known 'retirement' was made by a Blade Runner on Widmore Road, Bromley Kent. HIN were the first independent news empire to label these lovable rogues.
