‘What the West thinks is not my problem’ – Rwandan president Paul Kagame

Speaking to a French magazine, Rwanda President Paul Kagame said that the West’s opinion is not his problem, when asked to comment on how the West might respond to his decision to run for a fourth term next year.
We hear from political analyst Albert Rudatsimburwa, who says that people are happy under the Kagame government and aren't concerned with what the West thinks.
