Ingredients
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter
- 5 tbsp ap flour
- 1/2 tbsp onion powder
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp chicken bouillon
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 16oz mozzarella or more if you like
- 5 minced garlics
- 1 cup milk + 1 more cup milk after sauce thickens
- 2 chicken breasts
- 3-4 beaten eggs
- Panko bread crumbs
Sauce
- 1/2 cup mayo
- Sriracha to your liking
- Worcestershire sauce to your liking
- Paprika

Instructions
Start off by melting your butter in a pot, once it’s melted, throw In your minced garlic and let that cook off for about 30 seconds.
After 30 seconds go ahead and throw in your flour and mix it in and cook it off slightly, go in with your first cup of milk and mix it in and stir until it thickens. Once it’s thickens, go in with your other cup of milk and mix it in as well. Season it with all your seasonings and then go in with your chicken, turn off the head & mix in your mozzarella and stir everything throughly.

Pour it into a dish and place it In the freezer for about an hour so it can firm up. Once the hour is up, scoop as much as you want and form them into balls. Toss them into your beaten egg and then coat them with your Panko bread crumbs.
Lastly fry them up @ 320 degrees and serve with your sauce.
