New Splinterlands SPS Governance Proposals

I hope you are all well. Give me some feedback on what you think of these SPS Governance Proposals. I like them both for the most part but I am not sure if the one about burning cards can be done. I also like that once again we are getting some brave proposals. I haven't done mine about removing leaderboard DEC prizes and replacing them with chests because I still need to do some math on how many it should be and then put out some feelers about how a few bigger stakeholders I know feel about it. I hope that they did the same and we see these pass. Let me know how you will vote if nothing else.
