Cabbage Pie - Cooked in the Woods using the Firebox Wood Flame gas burner

This will be a low-carb or ketogenic version of cabbage pie
Ingredients
7oz / 200 g shredded cabbage
3oz / 75 g diced onion
1 garlic clove
2 large eggs, beaten
¼ cup chopped ham
¼ cup shredded cheese
1/3 cup almond, coconut, lupin flour
Salt, pepper, Tex-Mex to taste
Optional: 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg or
Oil or ghee for frying

Directions
Pour mixture into a pan. Shape into pattie
Fry with cover on over medium heat for 5 minutes until bottom is browned.
Flip and fry covered for an additional 3 minutes over low heat
