One of the favorite exercises for building peaked biceps is Hero Curls! Unless you can use an adjustable cable crossover machine, you’ll have to hijack two cables stations opposite each other. Set them at shoulder height and get a good squeeze at the top of each contraction. I normally do these as a finishing exercise after traditional mass-building, biceps exercises.
