Facts on Separation of Powers in TN Government and why does it not keep its Oath, and break the law?

Our State Constitution lays out the rules for who can make law, and what each branch receives as delegated powers from the People. No branch may exercise the powers of any of the other branches, yet the 3 Letter Departments put their thumb on the scale of Legislation on a regular basis.
Official Oppression is not to be tolerated so says our Constitution and our Statutes, yet since 2801 the GA has violated the rights of the People with respect to the 2nd Amendment in Tennessee, illegally!
