My Adrenal Reset Journey: Reclaiming Energy and Vitality!

Getting back to basics. We live in a fast paced world that requires a lot of energy out. Health is a bunch of small things done well. Here’s a few things I’ve implemented to give my adrenals and health a reset.

💧Increasing my water intake. Also adding celtic sea salt so my body can absorb it.

☕️ No coffee. Caffeine leeches magnesium and calcium from the heart as well as keeping your nervous system wound up.

🍷No alcohol. I’m not a big drinker but I can definitely feel the toll it takes on my body and my sleep.

🚿 Cold Showers. This has helped massively with quitting coffee and building energy especially in the morning.

💤 Sleep. Getting to sleep on time every night. Wearing bluelight blockers once the sun has gone down as well has made a big difference in the quality of my sleep.

📡 Reducing my EMF exposure. I’m all for technology but I think reducing our exposure to tech frequencies so we don’t have EMF bombarding us throughout the day is a game changer for improving health.

☯️ Also lots of Qi Gong, 20 minutes a day to calm the mind and bring my biological oscillators into balance.
