10-Minute Loaded Core and Arms Workout | 1.16.2023

This 10-minute core and arms workout is a no-repeats scorcher! I am wearing 5 lb ankle weights and using 5 lb hand weights for today's 8 exercises but all of these moves can be done simply using your own bodyweight and a mat. This video does NOT include a stretch and has a minute of mobility to get us off to the races and working -- woohoo!
