Baltimore Police capture Public Enemy No 1. man who shot and killed mother of eight

Baltimore Police announced Sunday afternoon Public Enemy No 1. has been captured without incident thanks to the help of Baltimore residents. Darius Neal, 18, was wanted for the brutal murder of Charmaine Wilson, 37, a mother of eight, six of those children are under 18.
