A recent abandonment of certain sections of Chicago by major resource hubs such as Wal-Mart and Whole Foods has left parts of Chicago as "food deserts" after mass crime waves have destroyed the profitability of the local businesses that once provided sustainability to the surrounding communities. The relevance of anarcho-tyranny is ever present in crime infested urban centers akin to Chicago. Will this recent change from Mayor Brandon Johnson be enough to be the next big step to save Chicago or is it just another overreach of government power that will inevitably lead to the worsening of surrounding situations for the local residents?
