IN MY CHANGE with BEN MASON

Welcome to the very start of a new venture. If you're reading this, you either know me, or you're incredibly lucky.
In this episode my guest Benjamin Rand and I discuss why we struggle with being argumentative, what triggers us, and how we view things in very different ways. Why does "good morning" become so offensive?

We discuss growing up battling social anxiety whilst simultaneously
becoming popular and the hurdles this brings.
We open up about some of our own insecurities and how these were managed (terribly) and how it's been empowering to own our past fcuk ups, grow from it and rebuild.

We also talk about what it means to be masculine. The confusion it brings, and how we like to view it now in our mid 30s, in relation to a decade prior.
