Wine Tasting Gasper Sivi Pinot (Pinot Grigio) 2021 Goriska Brda, Slovenia

First Slovenian wine I've tried; I don't remember tasting the way it does when I was at Vin Santo over the summer! It smells like apple, cantaloupe, and gravel mineral but upon tasting, that candied apple taste with extra sugar quickly turns into an intensely sour green apple that will pucker up your mouth in no time! Add on the delayed burn and the need for this wine to be refrigerated for best taste and I'm realizing I can't catch a break at all this week!
