WH CREATES THE YOUTH CLIMATE CORPS LEAD BY MAN WHO FAILED IN HIS FIRST Mr BO ENVIR ASSIGNMENT

An Executive Order created the American Climate Corps that Congress declined. It's a youth program to achieve environmental betterment that Mr BO has refused to achieve since his first WH campaign. This program is being run by the man whose work was such a failure in Mr BO's first occupation, that the objectives still need to be met.
