Three stores to close at HarborCenter
It will soon be lights out for three shops at the HarborCenter in Downtown Buffalo. Fowler's Chocolates, Clayton's Toys and Gifts and Red Siren will close their doors by the end of next month, just about two years after they opened. The locally owned stores are located on the first floor of the sports, retail and entertainment complex facing Canalside. Pegula Sports and Entertainment is hopeful the storefronts won't sit vacant for long.
