A very confused Joe Biden was seen yesterday during a "joint" press conference with Brazil’s President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva. Before the conference Joe tried to come out but ran into the Brazilian flag. During President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva's speech, Biden was trying to figure out how to work the earpiece, to the point that the Brazilian president said, "Can you hear me, President Biden?" But the BIGGEST snub from Biden was during the exit, when Biden only shook hands with International Labor Organization Director-General Gilbert Houngbo and ignored a VERY upset President Luiz.
