Maureen Richmond:
Author Maureen Richmond is a spiritual seeker, a counseling astrologer, and a lifelong student of metaphysics.

Born December 8, 1951, Richmond is a Sagittarian. True to the ever-seeking Sagittarian archetype, Richmond has studied a broad range of esoteric and metaphysical teachings, including astrology, eastern and western spiritualities, ancient mystery teachings, and natural healing.

Additionally, she is a scholar and writer in the academic context. Richmond holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Professional Writing, a Master of Arts in English and Creative Writing, a Master of Arts in Heritage Studies, and in 2022 will complete the Ph.D. in Heritage Studies, a multidisciplinary field exploring the traditions by which people live. Specifically, Heritage Studies includes history, historic preservation, museum studies, and folklore, all of which perspectives inform Richmond's writings.

Richmond is also an avid amateur photographer with a particular interest in structures and locations of historic value. Nature is her sanctuary and she spends as much time as possible in the enchanted woods and country byways of Central Arkansas.

In 2022, Richmond resides in Little Rock, Arkansas, where she writes both fiction and nonfiction and confers with astrological clients worldwide. She can be reached at [email protected].
