Be wary of Simple Mobile/Tracfone Wireless ... Ive been having this very strange issue with my phone number... i did get a new phone like Simpleton Mobile/Tracfone wireless said to do because my service was very poor due to network changes.. I put my SIM into the new phone and was able to make and receive calls for 10 min.. then they deactivated my number and said i was roaming.. after 20 different conversations with their representatives who are all cyborgs... they are refusing to tell me where I was roaming (I was in the same exact location in Fort Lauderdale last 3 months), they refuse to let me pay for the phantom roaming...and they refuse to let me port my number over.. which i though was against the law.. i have almost everything tied to that number and They WANT my phone number for some reason... as soon as i print my new beautiful business cards and send my resume out again...Ive been preoccupied with that for the last few days... Ive asked them repeatedly to review it or let me pay for it if its real.. They talk as if they HATE their customers...
They also keep telling me its from higher up...and refusing to tell me where i was roaming and ive informed them im an RF engineer and i know they can check what site i was on.. days of wasted time and losing some income because people told me they were trying to call even before the number was deactivated for no reason.

Up until this point I had already called maybe 18 to 20 times and spoken to a number of different agents all belonging to 1 of 2 nationalities..who mostly all were horrible english speakers, over half of them with attitudes… but who all told me they didn't have the option to verify my account by email even though thats how I logged in the same day after the number was deactivated… I was surprised he said he could and assumed he was lying but played along... some reps including whoever their supervisor was spoke to me as if I was a thief that had somehow MAGICALLY stolen roaming services from them and speaking with a generally disrespectful tone which was unprofessional.. these people on this call were very respectful compared to most of the rest… but Ive dealt with some real psychopathic sounding so called reps that I dont know how business gets run in 2023 but however that is… Its stupid. They would rather lose a customer completely that has been paying every month for over 2 years instead of charging me for wtv phantom roaming they claim… which I offered to pay for many times but they never could tell me where or on what network or how much it costs…in fact one of them admitted it doesnt cost anything if I was roaming...but a bigger question is… since when does PRE PAY SIMPLETON MOBILE DO ROAMING? and they still havent mentioned anything about a refund for the month I paid for.. They are literally thieves with ZERO understanding of customer service or brand loyalty….or even simple things like logic. Why do you think companies that make billions fail?...because of decay from within and corruption and nepotism and cronyism.
