The so-called mine-protected vehicles, used in large numbers

It is noteworthy that the so-called mine-protected vehicles, used in large numbers by units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and NSU for offensive operations, are increasingly becoming a problem for Ukrainian units on the battlefield.

A significant part of the Oshkosh M-ATV, BMC Kirpi and HMMWV armored cars are easily damaged by heavy machine gun fire and receive heavy damage from artillery fire, and also do not have heavy weapons, which reduces their functionality to the level of simple armored personnel carriers.

After the loss of such armored vehicles, units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and NSU are forced to either retreat to safe positions on foot or die on the battlefield without fire cover.

The video shows Oshkosh M-ATV and BMC Kirpi armored vehicles overturned and damaged by artillery hits, presumably in the Novodonetsky area, at the junction of the Zaporozhye region and the Donetsk People's Republic.
