I review a Let Bricks set called The Conquered Outpost. This set is a MOC by C.J.Tonic, produced as set made with Lego compataible bricks by the Let Bricks company. I was sent the set for free so that I could do a review, but on the understanding that I would do an honest review. I was not paid to make this video and I will not receive any commission on any purchases of this set or any other Let Bricks set. In this review I give my honest opinion of the set. My opinion is that the overall appearance of the set is very good, but there are some drawbacks. The instructions are confusing at times. Some building techqniues lack the elegance seen in official Lego sets. The bricks have a good appearance and seem to be of good quality, but they do not clip together as well as Lego pieces. I like Let Bricks due to the variety of sets they have available, and many of those sets are incredibly detailed, have beautiful designs, and/or are of a very impressive scale. Personally I would be reluctant to purchase these due to my concerns about how well the pieces clip together. I would worry that they would be frustrating to build and might easily break. That said, I do think there are many great designs, and other people may not be as worried as I am about how well the pieces stick together. Probably if you take your time on every step to ensure every single connection is perfectly made this would overcome the issue. For me, I am used to building with Lego, and when you clip pieces on they stay on without any need to worry about checking them.
