Awaken | Episode 1: Shadrach, Meshach, & Abednego | Turn Up the Heat of Oppression

We are starting a new series called awaken and I am so excited to share with this first episode. We will be reading from Daniel 3 and be talking about 3 very bold men: Shadrach, Meshach & Abednego. They were told if they didn't bow down to the image, they would be thrown into the fiery furnace. The did not comply and took a stand against one of the most powerful kings of their time: King Nebuchadnezzar! Do you feel the heat being turned up in your life and it is causing you to fall asleep? In Isaiah 43:2 NLT it says: When you go through deep waters, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown. When you walk through the fire of oppression,
you will not be burned up; the flames will not consume you. This is a promise from God! Don't let the fire of oppression put you to sleep. Instead, ignite the fire of revival and "awaken"!Show more
