Ingredients:

300 g icing sugar
2-3 vanilla pods

Preparation:

Add vanilla pods in sugar and mix
Keep in a sealed container, in a dry place
Ready to use in 24-48 hours

Tips:

You can either de-seed the vanilla pods and use the seeds for something else, and add the empty pods in the sugar, or you can add the entire pods in the sugar.
You can also use granulated sugar.
