Turkcell ABANDON STRANDED Tourists - Lifting the Lockdown 01 🇹🇷

This weekend was another Long Curfew. We were locked in with limited access to food. Sadly Saturday Morning Turkcell turned off my Phone Service, with out warning. The Government of Turkey have kindly said that Tourists Stranded in Turkey are Welcome and will not be penalised for Visa overstay. Turkcell, didn't get the memo and are turning off our Sims 90 Days after arriving.

We were told just over a month ago when we bought the Sim it would stay active for 3 months. WTF Turkcell?? you send me a message saying call into our store, at the start of a 4 day Store Curfew and then call me and say there is nothing you can do? Turkcell also said that even if I call in the store, they can't give me back my phone service.

Imagine being trapped in a foreign country with no way to reach emergency services, family, food delivery for 4 days, just because no one in Turkcell's higher echelons give a damn..
