Scott Steele's 5P Storm Team 4Cast

High pressure is the dominant feature on the surface weather map this weekend and that means more quiet and dry conditions are on the way. With the stable air, we'll experience plenty of stars at night and more sunshine on the way for Sunday. Some growing instability on Monday could lead to an isolated storm, but at this point that risk seems slim. While there is a wiggle in the atmosphere, working its way through our region, high above our heads, the very low dew points here at ground level means the risk of any rain is negligible. A stronger wave could end our precipitation-free period come Tuesday night. Seasonal readings in the mid to upper 70s will be the order over the next several days, as well.
