🌺use it on your toasts, sandwiches, salads, burgers, etc
INGREDIENTS
🌿120gm paneer(cottage cheese)
🌿16 cashews whole
🌿warm water to soak cashews
🌿salt 1/2 tsp
🌿pepper 1/4 tsp
🌿garlic cloves 5-6
🌿lemon juice from one lemon- 1-1.5 tbsp (you can use 1 tsp ACV instead)
🌾Add only enough warm water that the cashews are covered. Soak them for 15mins. Don’t add too much water or your mayonnaise will be runny.
🌾Use cashews with the water, add other ingredients to the blender, blend and voila! Your healthy & creamy mayo is ready🫶
🌿Tip:vegans can use just cashews or muskmelon seeds with cashews just increase the quantity of cashews to 25-30 follow the same process skipping cottage cheese.
People with nut allergy can use 2 tbsp muskmelon seeds instead of cashew.
