🌽Recipe:

🌽Ingredients:
-corn on the cob, cut into ribs
-EVOO
-salt, according to your taste
-garlic powder
-sriracha mayo
-corriander leaves, finely chopped
-grated parmesan

🌽Method
-season the corn ribs with EVOO, garlic powder and salt
-air fry for 15-20 mins at 200C (shake half way through)
-to serve, drizzle with sriracha mayo, add chopped coriander and sprinkle some grated parmesan
