Don't Fall for the Unfounded EBS Rumor on October 4th

On August 3rd, 2023, FEMA put out a release, talking about how there will be an Emergency Broadcasy Stytem (EBS) test on that day and since then, baseless, fear-mongering rumors are flying all over the internet.
