I decided to combine the tranquil lull of the zither against the quiet strength of the waterfall. How wonderful is it that a force such as this is often tucked away in forested jungles or high up on mountains! Whether there are people to admire its raw strength or not, the waterfall will continue and never cease to be.

STEPS:
1 - Relax to the tranquil sound of the zither as it puts our minds at ease allowing us to soften and open so that we may focus in on the strength inside like the ever present crash of the waterfall in the background.
2. Breathe in new energy through the nose / exhale stale energy through the mouth and hum if so desired
