Featuring Dr. Doug Pfeiffer presenting “The Science of Climate Change”.
In light of the fact that there is a great deal of confusion regarding the topic of climate change, as well as a national and international movement to combat climate change, Dr. Pfeiffer will present some research findings relating to the subject. This program will help to elucidate some facts and avoid the emotional fervor regarding the topic. The presentation will touch on the following topics:

- Where, and why did the term Global Warming originate?
- Why that term was discarded, and morphed into Climate Change?
- Are the polar ice caps melting?
- What does the European Geoscience Union research predict?
- Are we truly in a cyclic event that has occurred before?
- On what do the “climate experts” on both sides base their assertions?
- What is carbon dioxide?
- What are the positive benefits and concerns about CO2 emissions?

This program is not going to be an argument for or against climate change. Dr. Pfeiffer’s intent is to spark further study of reputable research on the topic and allow attendees to make their own informed decisions.
