After extreme pressure to charge Ray Epps for encouraging and leading the breach of the US Capitol on January 6, Biden's justice department charged Mr. Epps with misdemeanor "Disorderly Conduct". This is clearly a light handslap by the Government so they can claim "we charged him with a crime!" given that Mr. Epps was working with the intelligence agencies as an agent provocateur and lead the breach of the US Capitol as part of his duties to discredit Trump and his supporters as criminals after they were protesting the obviously fraudulent 2020 election of Joe Biden.
