Illinois Becomes First State To Eliminate Cash Bail

Catalina Lauf, Chicago resident, believes there's no a worst state than Illinois to be the first to do-away with cash bail! Housing the 3rd largest city that has arguably the worst crime in the nation, the policy deemed constitutional by local judges could prove devastating for the whole state. To make matters worse, the state must now operate their own grocery stores to feed residents!
