DEMO: How to Mill Your Own Wooden Handrail

A quick look at using a hand-held router to mill beefy, traditional hand railing from hardwood. Router bits used in this project include:

Freud 99-444. This bit creates the curved depression along the sides of the railing for fingers.
Freud 99-520. This bit creates the curved top surface of the railing.
Any large 45º chamfer bit can be used to create the chamfer along the bottom edges of the railing.
