The ID Water Resource Board attempted to educate the public on their cloud seeding program during their Sept 6, 2023 meeting. However, the meeting was continuously interrupted with inappropriate drawings, videos, and comments. The meeting was ended and scheduled for a later date. We did not find record of this meeting on the IWRB YouTube channel. ID Dispatch obtained this recording through a public records request.
