China's Sinopec begins fuel operations in Sri Lanka with discount offer

Sri Lanka is opening up its petroleum sector, in a bid to free up vital foreign reserves - as it tries to recover from its worst ever economic crisis.
Chinese oil giant Sinopec is the first of three new companies given licenses to sell fuel in the country.
