First attempt at a spring loaded Halloween decoration

Seen spring loaded decorations online. This is my first attempt. Using the fork spring and bungee cords (the old fork spring was not strong enough to hold everything up), pvc pipe, garden stake, and a few zip ties. Does sway with the wind and will swivel if the wind is strong enough.
