A Terrifying New Cartel Announce Themselves With A Shocking Video | Jungle Pickaxe Massacre

On the 17th of September 2023, a terrifying new cartel named Los Tercios announced it's presence in the Mexican state of Veracruz by uploading a gruesome video to social media.

The video depicts the murders of apparent taxi drivers, who seem to have refused working for Los Tercios.
