🌿 This is 100gm Chocolate Bar

🌿 You can choose any nuts and dried fruits of your choice.

🌿 I have used Hazelnuts, Pistachios, Walnuts, Cranberries,Dried Rose Petals and some Sprinkles
( Frankly speaking Sprinkles don’t work here because they melt when we pour melted chocolate 😅😅😅😅😅😅)

🌿 I have used Amul Compound Chocolate here. Better to go for a tempered Coverture chocolate.

🌿Press the fruits tightly towards the mould before pouring melted chocolate.

🌿 The chocolate should not be too hot while you put over the fruits and nuts. Cool it slightly in the bowl only.

🌿 Refrigerate it for atleast 30 minutes. Do not Freeze else condensation will happen( which we don’t want )
